Cancellation Policy
Registration fees, less a $25 cancellation fee, are refundable if notice is received by April 11, 2008. Cancellations received on or after April 11, 2008 will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit registration fee.
Hotel Accommodations
Special rates are available at Skirvin Hotel. Reservations can be made by calling (888) 490-6546 by April 9, 2008 to receive the discounted rate of $185.
